Getting started

How far in advance should I reach out?

As early as feels comfortable. For weddings we love to hear from you a few months ahead, and for celebrations a few weeks is usually plenty. That said, please do ask even if your date is soon. If we can, we will.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Many people come to us with only a feeling and a date. Bringing your ideas to life is our favourite part, so a colour you love or a story about the person being celebrated is more than enough to begin.

How do I place an enquiry?

Simply share your celebration with us through our enquiry page. It is a gentle conversation rather than a checkout, and there is never any obligation to continue.

Designing your cake

Can every cake be made just for us?

Yes. Every cake is designed around the celebration it belongs to. We will consider the people, the moment and the little details that make it yours.

Do you cater for dietary needs?

We do our best to. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you enquire, and we will let you know honestly what we can create beautifully for you.

What flavours do you offer?

A thoughtful, seasonal handful rather than a long menu. We will talk flavours together during your design conversation so we can choose what suits both the celebration and the season.

The practical things

How is pricing decided?

Every cake is individually designed, so each quote is tailored to your celebration. We will always be transparent, and we will never encourage you toward more than your moment needs.

Do you deliver?
